ECCO Powder Coated
Dimension One ECCO System is a semi-frameless glass fence that incorporated 50mm wide, high wind rated, powdercoated square or round post. The posts are pre-treated in a non-toxic, zinc rich thermosetting and then powder coated which provides corrosion resistance. The treatment is ODS free (contains no ozone depleting substances) and has no adverse or negative effects on our environment.
The coating matches any Dulux Interpon(c) product. Dulux Interpon(c) coatings are amongst the world's preferred brand of powder coatings. They have achieved this by following focused principals and by bringing value to customers through innovative products and services. Dulux Interpon(c) D610 excel powder coatings have been designed to meet or exceed the following standards:
- AS3715 Australian Standard metal finishing; thermoset coatings for architectural applications for aluminium and aluminium allows.
- AS4506 Australian Standard metal finishing; thermoset powdercoatings
- AIMF Qualicoat (class 1.5) specification for a quality label for paint lacquer and powdercoatings on aluminium for architectural applications. This product has a film integrity warranty for 10 years and a colour integrity warranty for 7 years.
Powder Coating can be supplied in; White, Silver Pearl, and Black.
Posts can be square or round.
Anodised Satin Silver
This system gives you the stainless steel look without the maintenance of stainless steel. This product is perfect for the harsh environment of Australia and it will maintain this finish for years. The anodised satin silver post with stainless steel caps and cover rings is a semi-frameless 50mm wind rated aluminium post. This post has been design to incorporate a highly polished look. It has been electroplated on top of a treated aluminium, giving it lustre without the corrosive qualities. This post has a square or round option. All posts come in a variety designs to ensure your glass fence can be placed on any corner or fenceline, including one way, two way, 90 degree, three way, four way, 45 degrees, half posts.
