Frameless 8mm Hinged Glass
Made from 316 marine grade stainless steel, the Frameless Gat hinged 8mm glass features a self-closing spring-loaded hinge system, which was developed to prevent children's little fingers from being caught and injured. The hinged gate's stainless steel hardware means that your gate will continue to function and look great over time, combined with the use of 8mm glass in the frameless hinged gate option the weight on the hinging system is minimized, ensuring that your gate will remain structurally sound over time.
Hydraulic Closer
Made from 316 marine grade stainless steel, the Frameless Gate with 12mm glass features a self-closing Hydraulic Closer. The Hydraulic Closer system is designed to close gradually in all wind conditions providing a smooth, soft close, which means no loud banging upon impact. This gates Hydraulic closer uses Stainless Steel hardware, and is an in-ground system filled with resin to prevent dirt build up, which means that your gate will continue to function & look great over time.
New Hydraulic Hinge System
The hydraulic self-closing hinge system is designed to close gradually in all wind conditions, providing a smooth, soft close, which means no loud banging upon impact. The self-closing spring-loaded hinge system was developed to prevent children's little fingers from being caught and injured. The hinge is made from 316 stainless steel, and comes in a pack of 2 hinges + all necessary screws.
These hinges require a special cut out in the hinge panel rather than regular circular hole cut outs. Please see diagram for dimensions of the hinge and photo for example cut out for the hinge to be installed. You will have to arrange the dimensions and the cut out of the hinge panel with your glass supplier. We have standard hinge panels with the dimensions 800 x 1160 x 10mm that suit our gates with this hydraulic hinge and stainless steel latch system.
